Yes. We process the work visa for successful candidates as part of the employment process. Our team will guide you through the required documentation and visa procedures.
When do we get our salaries?
In 15 years, we have not missed or delayed a single salary. Your salary hits your account by the 1st of the month.
Do we work 24hour rotations like some companies?
We have never worked 24hour rotation since we opened in 2014. We work a maximum of 12 hour shifts and then go home.
What support do nurses receive when joining the team?
New nurses receive the relevant orientation, training, and guidance needed to understand their responsibilities and provide safe, professional care to patients.
Do I need previous home care experience?
Previous home healthcare experience can be beneficial but nurses with relevant clinical experience are welcome to apply, and fresh graduates can also submit their applications. Each application is reviewed based on the applicant’s qualifications and skills.
What is it like working as a home care nurse?
Home healthcare allows nurses to provide personalised care in a patient’s home. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include daily nursing care, monitoring, medication support, mobility assistance, and coordination with the wider care team.
