frequently asked questions
Can we hire a home care nurse from you to live with us ?
No. Enayati is not a manpower supply firm. Our nurses are employed directly by Enayati on our own employment visas, work a maximum of 12 hours per day, and are transported home at the end of each shift.
What is the difference between a caregiver, a carer, and a homecare nurse?
A homecare nurse holds a professional licence to practise nursing in Dubai, earned through a strict regulatory process — the same kind of licensing required to practise nursing in a hospital in London or any regulated healthcare system. It is a verified professional qualification.
A caregiver is a widely used term for a person with experience looking after an elderly or chronically ill individual. There is generally no formal examination or licensing process that validates this experience, so the family must supervise and verify the quality of care themselves.
A carer usually refers to a family member or friend who provides care to someone within their own immediate circle, without formal training or payment.
Can I order part-time homecare?
Yes. We offer part-time care with a minimum booking of 2 hours per visit — anything from a single weekly visit for bathing and personal care to a few sessions each week.
One thing worth knowing: the more part-time and spread-out the schedule, the larger the team needed to cover it. For ongoing care we assign a dedicated team of at least three nurses, so your care is never dependent on one person — if a nurse is unwell or on leave, another who already knows the patient steps in seamlessly. If having the same nurse each visit matters most to you, longer or more regular bookings make that easier to arrange.

Our pillar of hope

My dad was diagnosed with a rare disease. We were in and out of hospitals and never happy with the care — until Enayati came. They gave us the best nursing service at home there is; we wouldn’t have made it without them. Their nurses and doctors are excellent at their job and genuinely care for your loved ones.

They are excellent. We have been using them since last year to take care of my mother. I want to thank all the nurses — Savita, Alice, Sheetal and Ravneet — and Dr Sarah and Dr Hana. Thank you all for taking care of my mother.
