No. Enayati is not a manpower supply firm. Our nurses are employed directly by Enayati on our own employment visas, work a maximum of 12 hours per day, and are transported home at the end of each shift.

Yes. We offer part-time care with a minimum booking of 2 hours per visit — anything from a single weekly visit for bathing and personal care to a few sessions each week.

One thing worth knowing: the more part-time and spread-out the schedule, the larger the team needed to cover it. For ongoing care we assign a dedicated team of at least three nurses, so your care is never dependent on one person — if a nurse is unwell or on leave, another who already knows the patient steps in seamlessly. If having the same nurse each visit matters most to you, longer or more regular bookings make that easier to arrange.

Not permanently — and this is a deliberate safeguard, not an inconvenience. Working nights continuously carries real health and safety risks for nurses, so we rotate each team between day and night shifts every one to two weeks. This is exactly why 24-hour care requires a dedicated team of four: it allows us to rotate safely while keeping the patient with familiar faces throughout. Every nurse on the team knows the patient and the care plan, so even as shifts rotate, the standard of care stays constant.

For 24-hour care we start with a team of three homecare nurses and grow it to four. We are upfront with every family about how this works from the very beginning. The nurses rotate in a staggered way, and importantly, the nurses who rotate out are not lost to your team. One moves to another team after the first month, the next after two months, the next after three — and an equally qualified nurse steps in each time. They move to another team for a period and then return, so your family is always cared for by a familiar group of nurses who know your parent, your home, and the care plan.

What stays constant is the structure around the patient. Your supervision does not change. Your case manager does not change. Your doctors do not change. Only the nurses rotate gradually, without you feeling it — and always within the same trusted team. The team dynamic is built for the long run.

Why do we do this? Experience. Because stagnation is the quiet risk in any long-term care. When a person settles into the same routine for too long, the critical eye can dull — the instinct to notice what’s changed, to question, to catch the small thing before it becomes a big one. Rotation keeps that clinical sharpness alive: it keeps our nurses alert, their judgment tested, and their skills current. It also lets us bring nurses back through the training that keeps our standards high — we invest heavily in ongoing training, including regular refreshers on emergency and life-saving skills, and rotation is what makes that possible without ever leaving a patient short of cover. There’s also something we didn’t expect when we started: a new nurse often sees what a familiar one has stopped noticing, bringing an approach that lifts the whole team. Rotation isn’t a compromise on continuity — it’s how we keep quality high while keeping the same trusted faces around your family.
